It has been an honor working with Zack Farr and the team at Biotech Applied Research (BAR) over the past few years. Their dedication to exploring biochar’s filtration potential in restoring the health of our priceless waterways has been both inspiring and impactful. BAR has consistently delivered innovation, research, and practical technology that moves the needle on real-world waterway restoration.

We are especially excited about our current collaboration on the Biochar/PES Media Study in Fort Lauderdale, which aims to generate the data needed to launch our community-based ‘Socks for Your Docks’ program. We look forward to continuing this important work with Zack and his team—and to building many more successful projects together in the future
